Baja SAE

baja The SDSM&T Baja SAE team participated in the 2010 Western Washington Baja SAE Competition (formerly Mini Baja West). There were 99 teams from around the world registered for this event, many of them from top automotive engineering schools. Of them, 83 passed the technical inspection and were allowed to compete in the dynamic events. Our team represented us well by bringing home the Second Place Overall trophy with our Hardrocker Gold (senior) car and Ninth Place Overall Trophy with our Hardrocker Blue (underclass) car. They received numerous event trophies including Third Place Cost and Third Place Dynamic Events for the underclass car and Second Place Dynamic Events and Third Place Rock Crawl for the senior car.
